看来，注入configService 时出现问题，但我不知道为什么。

更新：对于 jasmine 来说，将 TypeScript 类的编译后的 javascript 放在不同的文件中似乎是个问题。将 TypeScript 文件编译为单个 .js 文件 (tsc --out dest.js source.ts)，对我有用。

zsong 的回答很好，但是可以通过从 angular.mock.inject() 中删除 configService 来进一步更新该代码，因为这不是必需的。
