自 2016 年 3 月 12 日起，GitHub Enterprise 中不提供拉取请求模板功能。GitHub Enterprise 的最新版本是 2.5.1、2.4.5、2.3.9、2.2.15 和 2.1.20。 GitHub.com 引入的功能可能会进入 GitHub Enterprise，但不能保证。例如，Jupiter notebook 支持已于 2015 年 5 月 7 日添加到 GitHub.com，但尚未进入 GitHub Enterprise。
