安装python 2.7版，而不是3.x：http://www.python.org/

配置windows环境变量：

• 创建环境PYTHON_PATH=C:\Python\2.7（我用自定义路径，随便用，默认是C:\Python2.7我相信）
• 创建环境PYTHON=%PYTHON_PATH%\python.exe

将 PYTHON 添加到您现有的路径中： - Path=[...];%PYTHON%;
