基本身份验证是一种 HTTP 协议。因此，它是传输安全，而不是消息安全。你的配置应该包含这个 sn-p:

WCF 4 中 HTTP 传输的默认绑定是 basicHttpBinding。如果您将 wsHttpBinding 元素转换为 basicHttpBinding 元素并将其配置为进行自定义验证，那么您的代码应该会执行。
