就我而言，我认为最初的问题是由于历史记录已损坏（~/.ipython/profile_default/ 有一个名为history-corrupt-* 的文件，带有今天的时间戳）。根据 Ankit 的回答 here，我通过删除 ~/.ipython/profile_default/history.sqlite 来清除历史记录，从而解决了问题。

检查您的家庭磁盘配额，可能已满。

对我来说，我在家庭配额有限的服务器上运行 jupyter。并且发现随着每天使用 pip，~/.cache/pip 变得非常大。也许我没有空间可以写入我的主目录。

所以我删除~/.cache/pip，然后重启jupyter。一切正常
