在首选项中，我将“已安装的 JRE”设置为指向 JDK 安装 (JDK1.8.0_131)。我使用的maven版本是3.5.0。

显然这是一个代理问题。所以我通过在 maven 的 setting.xml 上添加代理配置解决了这个问题：
