Android RecyclerView + CursorLoader + ContentProvider + “加载更多”

1) 自定义RecyclerView，支持Cursor。

2) Content Provider 对 SQLite 数据库进行基本的 CRUD 操作。

3) AsyncQueryHandler 轻松与内容提供者交互。

4) CursorLoader 会在底层数据库发生更改时立即更新 RecyclerView。
