您可以将一个普通的 ListView，而不是 ListActivity 包含到另一种类型的 Activity 中。或者您可以包含一个 ListFragment。但我更喜欢简单的 ListViews。

用您自己的具有您的 ListViews 的片段替换虚拟片段（由 Android Studio 生成的片段）。他们每个人都可以加载他们需要的任何数据并相应地控制他们的 UI。
