您忘记应用配置。

var content = cell.defaultContentConfiguration()
content.image = item.image
content.text = item.title
cell.contentConfiguration = content // this is important

由于UIListContentConfiguration 是struct，所以当您执行var content = cell.defaultContentConfiguration() 时，您只会得到它的副本。
