react-native-notifications 在 iOS 上工作，在 Android 上失败

更新： 解决此问题的方法是 react-native-push-notification 依赖项。但是，如果安装了react-native-notifications 包，上面的步骤 8 仍然会导致错误。我不确定它是否值得报告错误，或者是否有通过我的 WebStorm CLI 或类似的东西启用 Java 权限的修复程序。
