当我集成 Stripe 库时，它会创建链接资源 由于 SDK 版本问题。当我升级我的 SDK 版本时 从 v7:27.1.1 到 v7:28.0.0 并将我的编译 SDK 版本更改为 28 问题已解决，然后它会导致 Manifest 文件中出现问题。
为 SDK 版本添加此库但不能解决问题。

由于compileSdkVersion 和库版本不匹配而发生此错误。 将compileSdkVersion 更改为28。
