更新
通过取消注释PACKAGECONFIG_append_qtbase 解决了这个问题，它有一个错字，所以它已更新为PACKAGECONFIG_append_pn-qtbase。
我也添加了这些行：

PACKAGECONFIG_append_pn-nativesdk-qemu = " sdl".
我注释掉这行LICENSE_FLAGS_WHITELIST = "commercial"。
但在 qtbase 构建时由于此错误再次失败（这是日志文件的尾部）（我删除了 tmp 文件夹并再次启动 bitbake rpi-hwup-image 但它出现了同样的错误）
