您构建的通知没有“tickerText”。我发现如果通知没有tickerText，则不会调用onNotificationPosted。

在您的代码中添加 mBuilder.setTicker("your text here")。

现在应该调用 onNotificationPosted，假设 NotificationListenerService 设置的其余部分是 copacci。
