找了很久才发现设计库有bug，已经是reported

里面有提到

AppBarLayout 中的可滚动容器从未正式发布 支持。

如果下一个版本看看 AppBarLayout.Behavior.DragCallback 这允许您在需要时禁用拖动处理。

这个DragCallback 方法在应用栏布局内容中停止拖动效果，NestedScrollView 就像魅力一样工作。
