【问题描述】：
Vscode 内部人员今天早上在（不可避免的）更新后停止使用遥控器。它不显示远程目录，说
连接错误：未经授权的客户端被拒绝。
和
无法连接到远程扩展主机服务器（错误： 连接错误：未经授权的客户端被拒绝。）
删除所有远程 vscode 文件并杀死 vscode 进程没有帮助。
