编辑您的AppServiceProvider.php 文件并在引导方法中设置默认字符串长度：

转到App\Providers\AppServiceProvider.php

use Illuminate\Support\Facades\Schema;

public function boot()
{
    Schema::defaultStringLength(191);
}

然后运行

php artisan migrate
