我有同样的事情，我花了一段时间才弄明白。看了this piece of documentation，终于找到了。

Microsoft 个人帐户（例如 @hotmail.com、@live.com、 @outlook.com 域）不支持登录到 IoT Central 连接器。您必须使用 Azure Active Directory (AD) 工作或学校帐户。

现在他们提到了 hotmail 和 Outlook 等。但这适用于任何个人 Microsoft 帐户。相反，我最终在 Azure 中创建了一个新租户，现在用于 Central。
