控制面板 portlet 的配置页面不出现

乍一看，我在support元素中没有看到portlet模式，我认为你应该添加

<portlet-mode>view</portlet-mode>
<portlet-mode>edit</portlet-mode>

里面支持portlet.xml的元素。
