对于以后遇到此错误的任何人，我遇到了这个问题并解决了它：

1) 虽然可能没有硬盘卷 D:，但如果你看到这个，你可能有一个分配了该驱动器号的光驱（这就是它可以找到 D，但有 0 字节空闲的原因）。暂时将光驱重新分配给另一个盘符，安装应该会继续。

2) 当您使用它时，您可能希望获得一个第三方工具，例如 Registry Workshop，以便您可以搜索所有 Visual Studio 2010 中所有具有指向驱动器 D: 的路径的键，并删除它们。

3) 写信给微软，指出他们有多么荒谬：a) 滥用注册表以获得他们应该使用 AppData 文件夹的东西，b) 没有创建适当的工具来清除产品的所有注册表项（他们的现有的独立卸载程序将几乎保持所有键不变），c）编写安装程序，完全吞下错误消息而不提醒用户，迫使他们挖掘日志文件，以及 d）作为一个整体的注册表系统。
