Windows 7 64 位 CPU 英特尔酷睿 2 双核 8400 蟒蛇版本3.5.2rc1 张量流 1.11 我试图在 windows7 上安装 tensorflow cpu 版本，但导入 tensorflow 时总是出错。

我阅读了 common_installation_problems ，尝试了我在 github、stackoverflow 等上找到的许多解决方案。我安装了 Visual Studio 2015、Visual Studio 2017、Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Update 3（64 位），msvcp140.dll 可以在 System32 中找到和 SysWow64 文件夹。但是还是不能导入tensorflow。

我已经通过安装tensorflow 1.5.0 解决了这个问题，因为我从tensorflow 1.13.1 降级了它，这是我以前的版本。
