   the Accelerate/vecLib framework on OS X. The notes below give
   more information on how to prepare the build environment so that
   SciPy's setup.py scripts can use whatever LAPACK library setup one has.

为什么不直接安装 SciPy？不是最新版本，不过0.6可能就够你用了吧？

# apt-get install python-scipy
