如果你是 Vue（和 Webpack）的新手，我强烈建议你使用 CLI 的第 4 版 ~ cli.vuejs.org。事实上，您似乎使用的是最新指南，但 vue init webpack sass-test 绝对是 v2。您需要卸载 vue-cli 并安装 @vue/cli
