我通过以下方式创建了新项目：https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/spring-boot-memcache（而不是之前的https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/getting-started-with-java#introduction）但是教程不完整且不准确，所以我决定留下一点线索：

使用https://start.spring.io/ 选择所需的依赖项。
git commit -m "message" 而不是git commit -m 'message'
输入： spring.autoconfigure.exclude=org.springframework.boot.autoconfigure.jdbc.DataSourceAutoConfiguration 和 server.port=${PORT:8080} 在 application.properties 中
如果应用程序仍然无法运行，请在终端中尝试：heroku ps:scale web=1 in Heroku CLI 中的正确目录。
Procfile 不能有撇号，只有：web: java -Dserver.port=$PORT $JAVA_OPTS -jar target/*.jar
