复选框属于按钮类型（参见参考手册表 220）。

因此，应设置字段“外观流”(/AS) 和“值”(/V)。

字段/AS需要设置为pdfrw.PdfName。

最后，Acroform 字段 NeedAppearances 可以设置为 true，因此默认情况下所有字段都是可见的（参考手册表 218）。
