Intellij 没有选择 maven surefire 配置

在我的万无一失的配置中，我有一个 classpathDependencyExcludes 条目。

由于某种原因，Intellij 似乎没有采用这种配置（mvn test，确实如此）。有什么方法可以让 Intellij 注意到我的 surfire 配置？

IDEA-101185 IntelliJ does not use systemPropertyVariables defined in maven-surefire-plugin configuration 和 IDEA-122783 Unit test runner ignores maven surefire classpath configuration 均已修复。

但 IDEA 仍然会忽略来自 systemPropertiesFile 的属性。
