我最近将我的服务器从 Debian Wheezy 升级到 Debian Jessie (Debian 8)。更新了很多包，现在我无权从http://myIP/phppgadmin访问phppgadmin

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /phppgadmin/ on this server.

我尝试了很多想法来解决问题，但绝对没有任何效果......

在 /etc/apache2/conf.d/phppgadmin:

Alias /phppgadmin /usr/share/phppgadmin

/etc/apache2/conf-available/phppgadmin.conf
