这个问题与通用命名约定 (UNC) 路径有关，例如\\servername\path，在我正在使用的项目的 NetBeans 设置中。成功运行的项目副本没有使用 UNC 路径，而是标识了一个驱动器号。所以我更改了项目中的设置导致问题，一切正常。

我可以简单地删除这个问题，但也许这个答案对某人有用。
