根本原因可能是您安装了仅 64 位版本的 MySQL 客户端库。请注意，MySQLdb 构建过程（在 setup_posix.py 中）查询 mysql_build 命令以查找用于构建 MySQL 客户端库的各种标志并增强 MySQLdb 扩展模块的构建。您的 Python 实例和 MySQL 客户端库必须至少具有一种通用架构。安装包含 32 位 Intel (-arch i386) 的 MySQL 客户端版本或安装 Python 2.7 的 64 位版本。正是出于这样的原因，我建议使用 MacPorts 安装完整的 Django 解决方案（或至少是 Python 和 MySQL 解决方案）以避免此类不兼容。
