从 PowerShell 7.1 开始，Get-ChildItem 等 cmdlet 的 -Exclude 和 -Include 提供程序参数仅对 names 项（文件/目录名称，如果是文件-系统提供程序），而不是完整路径或目录子树。

• GitHub feature request #4126 要求将来也支持 path 模式。
• GitHub feature request #15159 提出了一个新的subtree-exclusion 参数，例如
  -ExcludeRecursive。

鉴于您要排除的所有路径都是目标目录的直接子目录，我建议采用两步方法：
