rfc3987 声称它适用于 Python 2.7 和 3.x。您正在尝试在 2.6 上安装它。所以它失败了。

问题与你自己的包无关，也与easy_install无关。如果您手动下载 tarball 并运行 python2.6 setup.py install，您会收到相同的错误。事实上，至少在 1.3.1 中，有些代码在 Python 2.6 下显然是不合法的，比如this function。
