【问题描述】：
我在 Ubuntu 18.04 上建立了一个网站，并尝试为该域安装 SSL（Let's Encrypt）。所以我安装了指南中的所有内容，但之后我无法访问我网站的管理面板，也无法从 FTP 服务器上传或下载任何文件。
所以我决定删除与 SSL 相关的所有内容（来自互联网上的一些指南），我想它会以某种方式回到以前的状态。然而，这并没有发生。
现在我无法将任何内容上传到 FTP 或从中下载。也无法访问管理页面。我可以访问服务器根目录，所以这是解决问题的唯一方法（据我所知）。
