Windows VC++ 2010 静态链接下搭建boost + ICU

您正在以正确的方式构建。问题是 Boost.Locale 构建系统似乎没有任何代码来检测静态 ICU 库，因此即使您设置了所有正确的参数，它也不会按预期拾取库。如果您检查这些文件：

您会注意到似乎没有用于探测 sicuXX.XXX 文件的代码。我认为这可能是问题所在。
