目前 Windows 11 不支持 SQL Server 2019。这在SQL Server 2019: Hardware and software requirements - Operating system support 中记录了 Windows 11 的遗漏。因此，任何成功尝试使其在此类操作系统上运行的尝试都可能不受支持。

“解决方案”是使用受支持的操作系统（参见上面的链接）。您可以将安装的 Windows 降级回 10 或重新安装。否则，您可以使用具有受支持操作系统的 VM 或使用 [Linux] 容器，例如 Docker（Linux 的 Windows 子系统 (WSL) 为 not supported）。
