我无法将表单数据提交到 MySQL 数据库 [重复]

Question

连接正确，字段设置正确，但无法从代码中找到问题。一个小时前它工作正常，但放置更多字段后卡住了。表单提交正确，但 xampp 中的字段什么都没有。请帮我提交数据。看下面的变量，其实就是下面的所有代码。
