终于解决了。这是pandas 和matplotlib 的最新版本之间的问题。与具有 0.13.0 的 virtualenv 相比，全局系统 pandas 版本为 0.10。所以我在 virtualenv 中降级为0.10.0。

现在它运行良好。

基本上它的 API 与 matplotlib 和 pandas >= 0.13 不兼容。 plt.hist 目前有一个 Series 会面临这个问题。

所以要么使用data['Total.1'].hist()

或传入值plt.hist(data['Total.1'].values,....)

或将 pandas 降级到低于 0.13 的版本。
