两个问题：（1）Cloud Functions在appspot服务账户下运行（cloud.google.com/functions/docs/securing/function-identity）不是计算引擎默认的； (2) 除非您故意混淆，否则密钥位置显示不正确：projects/my-project/locations/my-location1/keyRings/my-keyring/cryptoKeys/my-key
