去年我也遇到了同样的问题：代码 (VB.Net) 没问题，所以凭据在哪里。问题是 gmail 不喜欢在很远的网络服务器（我的主机）中尝试使用相同用户名的某个应用程序。

我通过以下方式修复了它（在两个不同的场合）：

• 从该服务器登录一次 gmail（使用远程桌面）。
• 从我的电脑在此处登录 https://accounts.google.com/DisplayUnlockCaptcha 以“解锁”远程连接。

之后再次测试您的代码。
