我遇到了类似的问题，这似乎是由于在 SYSTEM 帐户下将 Jenkins 作为服务运行引起的。不知何故 cmd.exe 没有引用所有必要的环境变量来找到我的 NUnit 程序集。

解决方案项目都是 3.5；只有单元测试项目是 4.0（因为你不能改变它）
