我发现了问题。我使用 Instrumentation 进行分析。这在 web.config 中添加了以下几行：

从 web.config 部分中删除此dependentAssembly 后，程序按预期运行。我还从 compilation 元素中删除了 assemblyPostProcessorType 属性
