升级到 rails 6.1 后，我的规范失败，因为条目正在从 schema_migrations 表中删除

当我运行以下命令时

    bin/rails db:environment:set RAILS_ENV=test

它在 schema_migrations 表中添加条目。

但是当我跑步时

rspec spec/ 

它从 schema_migrations 表中删除了我的所有条目，除了 1 个条目。我怀疑问题出在数据库清洁器中。另外，我检查了几个post，但到目前为止还没有运气
