【问题描述】：
Cartopy 几乎无法绘制任何东西。即使a simple example 也会导致段错误。 Segmentation fault 是所有 Python 3.7.0 在崩溃之前所说的。 Python 3.6.6 也是如此。
故障线路似乎是ax.coastlines()。
ax.gridlines() 也会给出相同的静默段错误。
matplotlib 是2.2.3。
Cartopy 是最新的日期，0.16.0，与pip 一起安装。满足所有要求（six、pyshp、setuptools、shapely、numpy）。使用pip 重新安装没有帮助。从 repo 安装相同的 Cartopy 版本也无济于事。操作系统是 Debian 10（测试版）。
Cartopy 0.15.1 的结果相同。
我还能检查什么来找出段错误的原因？
