【问题描述】：
如果您手动终止应用并重新启动，有时会发生这种情况。当您通过 xCode 启动时，它永远不会发生。
复制：
- 启动 app1
- 打开 FAS（快速应用切换）菜单并打开其他应用2
- 几分钟后在另一个应用程序中做某事
- 打开 FAS（快速应用切换）菜单并强制退出 app1
- 重新启动 app1
结果： 在返回跳板之前会显示启动屏幕几秒钟。
