如果你进入：

窗口->首选项->安装/更新->可用软件站点

然后，在列表底部，您将看到几个未选中的选项。如果您选择标记为"Mylyn 3.14 for Eclipse 3.8, 4.3 and 4.4 http://download.eclipse.org/mylyn/releases/3.14" 的那一项，然后选择启用，然后应用。
然后，返回并尝试安装 gwt 插件，它应该可以工作。（对我有用）
