即使事件接收器不执行任何操作，我也会收到此错误。调试表明事件接收器甚至从未被调用。如果我在进行更新之前禁用事件接收器或从沙盒解决方案中完全删除事件接收器，则控制台应用程序将成功完成而没有任何错误。
