rm -rf $TMPDIR/metro-* && rm -rf $TMPDIR/haste-* && watchman watch-del-all && npm cache clean --force && npm cache verify && rm -rf ios/build && rm -rf node_modules/ && npm i

尝试后

rm -rf Pods && pod install
