修改文件编码
1、选择文件，使用快捷键（Alt+Enter）打开Properties
2、在Resource中，选择Other，即可修改编码
3、点击Apply and Close
修改工程编码
1、选择工程，使用快捷键（Alt+Enter）打开Properties
2、在Resource中，选择Other，即可修改编码
3、点击Apply and Close
修改工作空间编码
1、点击Window，选择Preferences
2、在General–>Workspace中，选择Other，即可修改编码
3、点击Apply and Close
