例子：创建仅查询权限的客户Function
设置：参照标准”客户Function” 建立新的Function, 并增加参数：QUERY_ONLY=YES
Step1： 查找客户界面对应的Function.
Step2： Create new function which has view permission only.
Step3: Use same form with normal fuction and add QUERY_ONLY=YES to the parameter.
Step4: Add view premission only function into the menu.
Note: 当分配仅查询权限的Function时，也不具有更改弹性栏位的权限。
