一、修改字体大小
Window -> Preferences -> General -> Appearance -> Colors and Fonts -> Basic -> Text Font -> Edit
二、修改颜色
Window -> Preferences -> General -> Editors -> Test Editors（看到Appearance color options）
->选中background color （勾掉System Default，点击\'color\'）
背景颜色推荐：色调：85。饱和度：1 2 3。亮度：2 0 5
