重新安装了iTunes打开后就报错，然后直接退出
查windows日志提示错误应用程序名称: iTunes.exe 错误模块名称: KERNELBASE.dll
重新安装iTunes问题依旧，后来在GOOGLE上终于找到解决办法：
删除下面两个目录然后重新打开iTunes即可：
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Apple Computer\iTunes
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes
