window下 nginx 80端口被占用

问题：启动nginx没有反应，查看日志提示 bind() to 0.0.0.0:80 failed (10013: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions)   80端口被占用无法启动。

解决方法：关闭 SQL Server Reporting Services (MSSQLSERVER)   数据库报表服务   由于此服务占用80端口。
